- Length: 45 questions, 60 minutes

What to bring
- Two forms of valid ID (one must be government-issued with a photo and signature)
- Your testing appointment confirmation
- No personal items are allowed in the testing area
Testing options
- Testing center: Pearson VUE testing centers — find locations at home.pearsonvue.com/comptia
- Online proctored: Available through Pearson VUE OnVUE — requires a compatible computer, webcam, and quiet private space
Voucher path (CTE office)
Exam vouchers may be available through the PGCC Career and Technical Education office. Contact your facilitator or the CTE office (Keith Brice) to confirm voucher availability, eligibility, and the scheduling process. Voucher availability is subject to funding — never promised.
Retake policy
- After a failed attempt, you must wait at least 24 hours before a second attempt
- After a second failed attempt, you must wait at least 14 days before each subsequent attempt
