1. Software Inventory and Troubleshooting
- Open Programs and Features (Windows) or Applications (macOS) and list five installed applications with their version numbers.
- Open Task Manager and identify any process consuming more than 10% CPU or RAM.
- Research the difference between a .exe and .msi installer and write two sentences explaining when an IT admin would prefer .msi.
Turn in / bring: Software inventory list, process screenshot, and written comparison of installer formats.
