1. Systematic Troubleshooting Lab
- Your instructor will present a 'broken' computer scenario (wrong IP, no internet, or slow boot).
- Apply the 7-step CompTIA troubleshooting process, documenting each step.
- Use at least three diagnostic tools (ping, ipconfig, nslookup, netstat, or Event Viewer) during your investigation.
Turn in / bring: Written troubleshooting report documenting all 7 steps, tools used, findings, and resolution.
